I try to go to the movies as often as I possibly can. The last movie I saw was The Happening by M. Night Shyamalan. It was a pretty good movie but I think that the trailer built it up a little too much. If you're really sensitive to violent material then I wouldn't recommend seeing this one, however; if gore and freakiness is your thing then definitely go for it. I had a few moments that I had to cover my eyes but it was pretty interesting once you find out what is causing the deaths of all these people.

 

Another movie that I saw recently was Sex and the City! I love love loved it! It was absolutely amazing! I loved the television series and the movie definitely did it justice. I think all girls have friends that mimic the characters in Sex and the City and that's why so many can relate and enjoy it. I thought it was incredibly funny and smart. Although there were small bits of nudity that may not be appropriate for all ages I'd definitely recommend going to go see it on the next night out with the girls!

 

 

 

To be completely honest I can't think of any movies that I absolutely hate. There are movies that I don't really care for like Joe Dirt or Resident Evil and of course my fiance absolutely loves them. I'll never say that I won't see a movie, I'll at least give everything one chance.

 

 

 

What can I say... I'm a sucker for love. Most of my favorite movies of all time are love stories. Currently my all time favorite love story is P.S. I Love You. This movie will have you laughing and crying at the same time. For anyone who has ever truly been in love this movie is perfect. It describes so well how deeply one person can love another and how devastating the loss of that person can be. Although it makes you feel the pain of losing someone you love so deeply, it also sparks hope that there's still life out there and that no matter what happens you can never really lose all of that person you love because they'll always be in your heart. Not to metion, who doesn't love Gerard Butler?!?

 

Okay, enough of the mushy stuff. Other movies that hit my favorite list include Sixteen Candles, Pretty In Pink, Moulin Rouge, License to Wed, and of course, the ever popular Bridget Jones!

 

I definitely want to go see Get Smart! It's a spy comedy about the battle between KAOS and CONTROL. It stars Steve Carrel, Anne Hathaway and Dwayne Johnson. It comes to theaters on Friday, June 20th, and I can't wait. I love Steve Carrell and I think Anne Hathaway is so beautiful and funny. It looks like it's going to be absolutely hilarious, and I wouldn't really expect any less from this cast! My wedding rehearsal is on the same night but I've already told my fiance that I'm going to see this movie no matter what!
